A world of experience and a fresh culinary approach are what Chef David George Husereau brings to the Tekarra Restaurant. Our Alberta born chef heard the culinary call at the young age of only 13. Since then he has gathered experience and expertise for over 25 years in some of the worlds finest restaurants and hotels. In 2001 he travelled the globe as a culinary ambassador for Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau. Just this past winter he did a 2 month “stage” at Rouge Restaurant in Calgary Alberta after they received the honour of being named the 60th best restaurant in the world by the San Pellegrino panel. Building a relationship with Alberta and British Columbia farmers has allowed Chef Husereau to source some of the freshest and most unique ingredients.
