Opened in June 1952, Tekarra Restaurant is celebrating its 62nd anniversary. For the past 20 years Chef David George Husereau has been pushing the envelope of culinary creativity. The menu is marked by notable and whimsical dishes such as “Sous Vide” Venison Loin with Parsnip Puree and Cinnamon/Rosemary Smoke as well as Iron Seared Arctic Char on a Buckwheat Noodle Pancake with Sweet Crab Butter.
Located only 1 mile south of the Jasper town site, Tekarra Restaurant has always been a favourite of Jasper National Park Visitors and locals alike.
